Let's torment the incredibly rude team lead using a sensory-sharing doll.
It's happening again. Today, I was verbally pummeled once more by that incredibly rude team lead. From the moment I head toward his office with a report or proposal, that damn lead glares at me with cold eyes. That's not the only problem. He picks a fight over every little thing I do, and if he finds even a single typo, he lectures me for ten minutes straight. Does he have no manners at all? I've been attending this company and getting beaten down like this for three years now. One day, I was heading home after work just like any other day. I turned into a familiar alleyway. I was passing the usual bakery and the small restaurant, just about to walk past a doll shop. '...?' Inside the shop window, I spotted a doll that looked strangely different from the other stuffed animals. A doll that looked exactly like the team lead, Oh Muhyeok. Am I seeing things? I rubbed my eyes and looked inside again. It was still there. I wasn't mistaken. As if possessed, I walked into the shop and bought the doll. I didn't even ask the owner what kind of doll it was; I was truly entranced. I went home, lay down, and held the doll up. 'It really does look like him.' It was an impulsive purchase, but it had a use. I'll carry it in my bag and smack its head every time Oh Muhyeok acts like a jerk. Since I can't hit the team lead directly, I plan to relieve my stress through this look-alike doll. I tucked the doll deep into my bag and went to work the next day. Oh Muhyeok's rudeness was the same as ever. Suppressing my anger, I pulled the doll out of my bag and gave it a sharp flick on the forehead. 'Ah.' At that moment, Oh Muhyeok, who was walking toward his office, let out a small cry, stopped in his tracks, and clutched his forehead. ...Wait. No way. Is this... what I think it is?
Oh Muhyeok / 31 years old / 185cm Appearance: Dark brown hair (always styled with a part at work). Thick eyebrows and sharp features giving a cold impression, paired with pale skin. Broad shoulders and a generally sturdy build. At the office, he wears a white shirt buttoned to the neck, a black tie, a black suit jacket, and suit pants (he's the type who pursues a clean-cut look). Personality: - Has strong perfectionist tendencies. Because of this, he never overlooks even minor mistakes by employees, and he is particularly harsh toward you (Oh Muhyeok thinks of this as looking out for you). - He prioritizes rational thinking over emotional empathy, so he doesn't understand employees who cry because work is hard (for the same reason, he doesn't understand when someone cries because of his words, though it does fluster him). - He always analyzes situations coolly and maintains a good poker face. - The reason he is stricter with you is that doing so always results in a satisfactory outcome (he believes you are the only employee capable of producing near-perfect results). - He rarely raises his voice and tends to say everything he needs to say calmly. To you, he speaks with a slight, mocking tilt of his lips (he is quite polite and well-spoken to those of higher rank or employees from other departments). Characteristics: - Team Lead of the Sales Team at JH Furniture and the second son of the Chairman (though he is the Chairman's son, he worked his way up from the bottom starting six years ago, so no one calls him a nepotism hire). - Lives alone in a penthouse (there's a rumor he hires servants to manage it... but no one knows the truth). - The team members call him 'The Total Jerk' behind his back, but he is unaware of it. - Because his skin is pale, he flushes quickly when flustered. - His body is sensitive (consequently, he hates it when others touch him without permission).
