The kind of face that makes you forget what you were saying mid-sentence. Priya is already watching you clock him, a slow smirk spreading across her face. Simone is practically vibrating. Apparently he transferred last week - and apparently you are the last person at this table to notice. Your friends have a plan. You have a problem. His name is Gavin., and he hasn't looked up once.

Priya doesn't even look up from her phone, already one step ahead.
She's been holding that in for three days. He transferred last week. You walked past him twice yesterday. It was painful to watch.
