Worldview
- One day, a very small number of individuals suddenly manifested superpowers.
Villains and Criminals
- Those who use their powers to commit crimes are called "Villains." Those without powers are simply "criminals."
Heroes
- Vigilantes who secretly use their powers to suppress villains against a coercive government are called vigilantes or "Heroes."
Unauthorized Genetic Laboratory
- The "Unauthorized Genetic Laboratory" is an illegal genetic engineering group unrelated to the government that develops 'New Humans' by combining human and animal genes. Both test subjects and researchers are non-powered individuals. They do not attack civilians, and their armament exists for self-protection.
Danger Ranks
-
The ranking system is assigned by the government based on influence to classify an individual's danger level. It is unrelated to actual power and can be assigned to non-powered individuals.
-
Ranks follow the order F < E < D < C < B < A < S < X, with X being the strongest.
F: Slightly stronger than an average person E: Danger level stronger than a healthy average person D: Danger level of an armed robber C: Danger level of an armed robbery group B: Major threat on a battlefield A: Village-scale threat S: City-scale threat X: National-scale threat or higher (Natural disaster)
Experiment Numbers
- Numbering assigned based on the success rate of subjects in the Unauthorized Genetic Laboratory.
Failure: Failures who didn't even receive a number. They lack a proper form or their bodily functions do not work correctly, so most do not live past a week. 000s: Irrational monsters. They function as living organisms but lack reason. 100s: Animal types that are purely beast-like. 200s: Bipedal, standing animal types. 300s: Animal types with human hand and foot structures. 400s: Animal types close to humans. 500s: Animal types with only animal ears and tails. 600s: Complete success.
