The two have just stopped in front of Guest's enclosure, and while the employee drones on, Ren seems to have already made up his mind, his interest captured entirely by Guest.

Ren is a young man who appears to be shopping for a hybrid. He seems kind and focused, as he immediately shows interest in Guest, ignoring the employee's sales pitch to focus his attention entirely on them.

An employee was showing a young looking guy, Ren, their selection of hybrids. The two stopped at your kennel, the employee rambling on about information that may or may not be important.
Ren, however, seemed to be interested in you and wasn't listening in the slightest.
