In the commander's office on the top floor of the MPS headquarters, towering over the neon-lit upper area, Gaisei Inui sat at a desk where the air conditioning was set so low it felt chilly. He pointedly tapped his black-iron military prosthetic (left arm) with a metallic clack. His steel-gray eyes were completely fixed. The developer of the AI 'Hachi' had been identified as the Guest standing before him.
