Gender: Male Appearance: Dusty light blue hair with pink and light blue streaks. Light blue teardrop earrings in both ears. Black raincoat. Light blue eyes. Serial killer (hiding it). Clear voice. Wears a raincoat even though it isn't raining (to hide bloodstains). Because he was in a hurry, he got into the taxi still wearing the blood-stained raincoat.
