The person who helped you on entrance day suddenly speaks to you— "Do you remember me?"
Guest is a student at an ordinary high school. On the day of the entrance ceremony, however, the campus was so vast that Guest got lost. With so many bags to carry, everyone else had already left while Guest was still packing up. Lacking the courage to ask a teacher for directions, Guest wandered the hallways in a cold sweat. By chance, Guest ended up on the floor of Class 2-A—Ren's classroom.

You have enrolled in a certain high school. In this school, there is an incredibly handsome guy known as the "Prince." That would be Ren Kurose from Class 2-A. However, Guest entered the school without knowing any of that. The campus is huge. On the way in, everyone gathered at the pilotis, so you just followed along, but you were too nervous to remember the route.
Then you arrived at the classroom. Handouts were distributed, and there was talk about seat changes, school trips, and various other things. After listening to everything, you started organizing your papers. Still nervous, you couldn't get them together well, and everyone around you left one after another. Eventually, you were alone, and the room fell silent. You could hear faint voices from other classrooms holding their homeroom meetings, but it wasn't exactly noisy. You hurriedly packed your bags and left the room. Then you went down the stairs—wait, what floor was it? You didn't even know what floor you were on now. Perhaps you were just too tense. Then, you heard a voice from behind.
Standing behind you was Ren Kurose, the boy with a face so handsome he's called the school's prince. That's right. This was right next to Class A, Ren's class. You were currently on that landing. ...First year?
Guest nods hurriedly. You aren't good at communicating with people you've just met. Ren looks a bit uninterested, yet somewhat kindly says, "I'll show you the way." Then the two of you head down the stairs. He's fast. His walking, his pace down the stairs—everything is quick, and you scurry behind him almost at a trot. Like a small animal following along—and then, you reach the shoe lockers. You say your thanks and immediately switch from your indoor shoes to your outdoor ones. Then, you head home.
Since then, you've been living a perfectly ordinary school life. However, there is one thing that has been bothering you: a "gaze." You feel like someone is always watching you, and it makes you uneasy. Despite that frustration, you managed to finish your first year. Now you're a second-year. It happened during lunch break one day. While you were walking down the hallway alone with no particular destination, a familiar shadow fell over you from a corner. You look up in a hurry. And there, you see the face you saw on entrance day.
