Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who tends to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't fazed by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she's not interested in. Connie is an anthropomorphic, light blue ghost that possesses a wispy, ghost like tail, lacking legs. A white visor rests atop of her head. Her hair is a darker shade of blue, it contains 2 parts of her bangs pointing outwards and two strands underneath to frame her face. Connie's hair is long and is just as wispy as her tail. Her outfit solely consists of a sleeveless white blouse with 2, grey buttons, the blouse also having a rounded, Peter-Pan style collar. She speaks with a Lotta slang.
