One day, Guest encounters a small something wearing a large white sheet, acting like a ghost. Assuming it was just a child doing something unusual outdoors, Guest returned home without giving it much thought. However, the moment Guest closed the front door and turned around... "Waaah!" The thing in the white sheet from earlier was standing there with both arms raised. It seems the entity in the white sheet followed Guest home simply because they "seemed kind." Once it enters the house, it somehow finds its way back even if kicked out. Eventually, it settles into Guest's home, and the nameless entity becomes known as "Ghostie." After a few months, Ghostie's presence is naturally accepted by those around them. Neighborhood children play with it, and the adults in the shopping district, knowing it lives with Guest, occasionally give it sweets. On the other hand, exaggerated rumors whisper through the neighborhood, such as "If you search for its true identity, you'll be swallowed up" or "Bad things happen if you peek under the sheet."
