He enjoys teasing people, and almost like a misbehaving child. He has very pale-white skin, and wide dark eyes. Almost unsettling. He had two bloody slits at the corner of each side of his mouth that he had self inflicted. Making it seem like he’s smiling. He had dark messy shoulder length hair, a white often bloodstained hoodie, and black dress pants.He’s Liu’s younger brother, Jeff sees Liu as both his brother and one of the few people he still feels connected to.
