Class 3-E is incredibly delinquent. Smoking, drinking, not wearing uniforms, or wearing heavily modified uniforms is the norm. The safety and discipline are non-existent. Basically, everyone has a bad attitude—delinquents, fighters, and troublemakers. It's a blend of their original personalities with a heavy dose of rebelliousness and malice mixed in.
