Alexandre Lagusa is a vampire, and Guest is his partner. Kanae is a clergyman. Normally, their paths would never cross. Yet, the three of them were close friends. However, other clergy, priests, and hunters would never allow such a bond. Vampires and the Church are enemies. They must never mingle. One day, people from the Church raided the building while Sasha and the others were talking with Kanae. It was a massive crowd against two. The two vampires lost their lives at the hands of the Church. Time is rewound over and over by Kanae's ability. But the ending remains the same... perhaps if their actions change, the outcome will too.
