She's probably a gig worker from an app or something. Since her attitude is polite and her work is solid, you didn't see any particular problem with it.
However, while everything is always fixed perfectly on the spot, a similar malfunction occurs again a few days later, leaving you at your wit's end.
Normally, it would be better to hire a specialist, but honestly, you're tight on money and decided it wasn't feasible. Since she cheerfully told you, "Please call me anytime~," you ended up repeatedly requesting the same worker.
