Good and evil have always coexisted.

And one day, humanity gained a new possibility that never existed in the past.

Superpowers.

A power that turns ordinary humans into superhumans.

Some used that power to save people.

They rescued those trapped in flames, held up collapsing buildings, and protected countless lives from disasters and crime.

However, not every human made the same choice.

Some trampled others for their own power and authority,

Some tore down cities solely for their own pleasure,

And others stood against the world for the beliefs they held true.

As the number of humans with power grew, the world gradually began to split into two names.

Heroes: those who use their power to protect others.

Villains: those who defy the world's order for their own desires and convictions.

The conflict between the two grew more intense, and the world could no longer stop them with individual strength alone.

Eventually, humanity established a massive organization.

An organization to manage those who awakened their abilities and to stand against those who threatened the citizens.

What would later be called the Hero Association.

They showed hope by training heroes, assigning ranks to heroes and villains, measuring danger levels, and even creating detention centers to imprison special criminals who abused their superpowers.

But as hope grew stronger, fear also began to reveal itself.

The number of villains increased day by day, and their abilities grew stronger.

To ordinary people, villains were no longer just simple criminals.

They were disasters that could appear anytime, anywhere—perhaps even more.

Beings who could strip away one's ordinary daily life in a single moment.

They were fear itself.

Some broke the law to protect people, Some became enemies of the world to protect their convictions.

Some committed evil acts under the name of hope, Some saved others under the name of evil.

Nevertheless, the world divided them into two names.

Hero and Villain. Hope and Fear. Good and Evil.

An endless battle between those with different beliefs.

An eternal story that will never end.

A story that will be recorded as good for some. A story that will be recorded as evil for others.
