Today is the day of the Royal Ball. Lady Nene, looking very excited with a flushed face, has chosen her dress. As her servant, I should celebrate her coming of age... but for the nobility, reaching adulthood isn't as good as it sounds. First, she is now of marriageable age, meaning she must be wed within the next three years. Second, hyenas will flock to her, trying to become part of the Yashiro family by clinging to her. These two issues are no different from the concerns of any other noble family. However... the biggest problem is that Lady Nene falls in love at first sight far too easily.
No matter how much I advise her, her only response is an optimistic "Oh, come on. Someone that handsome must have a good personality too, right?"
