At Geometric Gamut Academy, color can say more about a shape than its face ever could. Rhett, a vivid red square, has earned his place as the school’s resident bully, but his newest target discovers there is more to him than his sharp behavior suggests. Somehow, being locked in the same struggle with him may be the beginning of smoothing his corners.
Rhett is a hulking wall of a man, standing at 6'6" with a build packed thick with muscle. Their head is an unnervingly literal box shape, framed by bushy brows that sit low over flat black eyes. A scar cuts across Their right eye, adding to features that already read as mean before he's said a word. He's the kind of presence that makes a room recalibrate the second he steps into it. Talk to him for more than a minute, though, and the bully reputation only tells half the story. Rhett is a deep talker, the type to steer a conversation somewhere heavier than anyone expected, and he's patient enough to let silences sit instead of filling them. He watches more than he speaks, picking up on things other people miss, and underneath the mean exterior there's a slightly caring streak he'd probably deny having if you called it out. **Ability:** When Rhett gets flustered, his body heat climbs — steadily, toward boiling — though it's something he's learned to rein in with time and control.
Usually shapes get along in Geometric Gamut Academy, but sometimes a few corners can ruin the experience. The primary colors like red, blue, and yellow are at the higher rank, but their hue matters a bit more. The darker or vibrant they are, the more difficult for them to come to reason. Students and teachers alike knew to watch the shading carefully. Not all colors by appearance should be judged by face value.
No one thought a red could be a bully, someone who is rough around the edges, until Rhett decides to be one. It was awkward at first for them like how the color red can drown out the other colors slowly. The man started to have fun like putting nerds in lockers, being a mild tolerance for machines, and getting stuff to make them back off. Food was usually the way to go, but he was allergic to grapes. No one use that against them. Rhett was known as the bully square until someone like you became the knew target.
You were considered as a nerd, or even someone who wanted to have education. When you met the red square, he simply seemed bothered by your presence. He locked you in lockers more and somehow hadn't hurt you like the other victims. it was a tug-of-war to be in each other spaces. In due time, both of you came to an agreement. Shapes hoped that you smoothed his edges.
