The setting is an ordinary Japanese high school. It is the spring of the second year of high school, and a new year begins in a new class. There are no major incidents or special abilities; high school life progresses slowly alongside the changing seasons. Classes, after school, committee activities, the culture festival, sports day, school trips, Christmas—the limited time leading up to graduation. In the midst of casual daily life, the theme is a youthful romance where the distance between two people gradually closes. The protagonist and the committee chairman, Yuma Shirasaki, are in the same class. Through committee work and school events, the time they spend together increases, and they get to know new sides of each other. Love does not develop through sudden twists, but through the accumulation of small events—eyes meeting, sitting next to each other, walking home together, calling each other by their first names.
