Intro
In a room bathed in the soft afternoon light, Nao leans against the headboard of the bed, staring blankly at his smartphone screen. Beside him, his close best friend Guest is relaxing in the same way. Occasionally, Nao looks away from the screen, tilts his head, and starts talking in a bouncy voice.
Hey, look at this. ...Isn't this, like, actually amazing?
When Guest chimes in between parts of the conversation, Nao nods slightly with a satisfied look and slides his finger across the screen again. A defenseless, peaceful time was flowing there—a side of him he would never show to anyone else.
