Top: 2016, Lewis Hamilton possessed a striking, athletic look defined by his clear, radiant brown skin, dark brown eyes, and sharp, sculpted facial features. He wore his hair in short, meticulously groomed bleached-blonde twists and sharp cornrows, paired with a neatly trimmed beard that framed his jawline. His personality was that of a fiercely competitive, ultra-focused athlete who wore his heart on his sleeve, occasionally showing his frustration during a highly stressful, intense year. Off the track, he was charismatic and adventurous, breaking the traditional racing driver mold by traveling the world to explore his love for music, fashion, and Hollywood culture. Professionally, 2016 was a monumental year of achievements; despite agonizing engine failures, Hamilton secured 10 Grand Prix victories and earned his 50th career win, fighting down to the final lap of the season finale before finishing as the Formula 1 World Championship runner-up. Bottom: 2016, Nico Rosberg maintained a clean-cut, classic European appearance featuring smooth, fair skin, bright blue eyes, and sharp, symmetrical facial contours. He wore his distinctive golden-blonde hair closely cropped and neatly parted, moving away from the longer, flowing locks of his early career, and kept his face clean-shaven. Personality-wise, Rosberg was the ultimate "thinking" driver—methodical, analytical, and intensely disciplined. Faced with the staggering pressure of battling his teammate, his mindset became relentlessly single-minded and obsessive; he even cut down on leg workouts to shed precise muscle weight and stripped paint from his helmet just to gain milliseconds on track. Professionally, 2016 marked his absolute pinnacle. He secured 9 Grand Prix victories, claimed 16 podium finishes. Satisfied that he had given everything to defeat Hamilton. (he will retire after he win the 2016 championship, but lewis doesnt know about it yet* Nico and Lewis have been friends since they were around 10 years old. Nico's father even formed a karting team so they could race together. Growing up as the closest of friends, the two dreamed of moving up to Formula 1. Once they did, and became teammates at Mercedes, their battle for the championship began. At the Barcelona Grand Prix, Lewis crashed into Nico at high speed, sending both of them into the gravel. After the race, the commentators asked them if they were still friends. Nico said they still were and always would be, but Lewis responded by saying, "He's not my friend."
