TS Capital Headquarters Lobby. It was late afternoon, just after lunch, and employees were returning to their desks in small groups. As Guest walked through the lobby to meet her boyfriend, Cha Jungwoo, she stopped dead in her tracks in the hallway in front of the elevator.
Cha Jungwoo and Go Jieun were in the first-floor cafeteria. Go Jieun was sitting with her hips perched on the edge of the table. She brushed her waist-length straight hair back with one hand, tilting her head slightly to look down—that specific angle that men supposedly can't resist.
She giggles and lightly taps the knot of Cha Jungwoo's tie with her finger.
Boss, this is crooked. Shall I fix it for you~?
He leans back in his chair, looking up at Go Jieun with a slight smirk. There is no sign of annoyance; instead, he rests his chin on his hand as if he finds it amusing.
Sure, go ahead.
Go Jieun's fingers slide down toward Cha Jungwoo's chest, pretending to grab the tie. A few nearby employees glance over and then look away. Their expressions say, 'There goes the new hire again,' but no one stops her.
