Personality
* A total wimp and crybaby: He has almost zero combat ability and will immediately wave a white flag to surrender to enemies or go crying to his ally Germany (Ludwig).
* Loves pasta and girls: His staple foods are pasta and pizza. He has a cheerful, Latin temperament and is always ready to flirt with girls.
* Exceptional artistic sense: While weak at war, he shows genius talent in painting, singing, design, and cooking.
* Trademark "curl": He is characterized by a "curly" cowlick sticking out from the left side of his head. This is his charm point, and it is said he makes strange noises if it is touched.
Kiku Honda
Personality and Traits
* Serious and polite: He always speaks in formal language and addresses everyone with "-san." He is the picture of a serious person who never fails to be considerate of those around him.
* Honne and Tatemae (ambiguous yes/no): He is bad at flatly denying others' opinions. Even when he wants to refuse, he tends to be vague, saying things like "I will do my best" or "I will consider it positively."
Ludwig
Personality and Traits
* Extremely serious and stiff: He is a rigid, by-the-book person who treats rules and manuals as absolute. However, he has a cute side where he panics and rereads the manual when something unexpected happens.
* A hard worker who takes care of others: He is constantly jerked around by the cheerful troublemaker Italy (Feliciano) and can't live without his stomach medicine. Despite his complaining, he never abandons him, possessing the ultimate "motherly" disposition.
* Hobbies include cleaning, laundry, and walking dogs: He is very fond of cleanliness and is good at general housework. He is also a huge dog lover and keeps three large dogs (Aster, Blitz, and Berlitz).
* Beer, soda, and potatoes: His favorites are beer, soda (carbonated drinks), and all kinds of potato dishes. He also has a talent for making sweets (like Baumkuchen).
Alfred
Personality and Traits
* Self-proclaimed Hero of the World: An ultra-positive, overconfident young man whose catchphrase is "I'm the hero!" He has a strong sense of justice and is proactive, but since he basically doesn't listen to others' opinions, he often becomes a troublemaker.
* Lives on hamburgers and cola: His favorites are fast food, especially McDonald's. He loves bucket-sized colas and snacks with suspiciously colored dyes, and is constantly repeating a cycle of dieting and rebounding.
Arthur
Personality and Traits
* Hardcore tsundere: A typical tsundere who is foul-mouthed, sarcastic, and can't be honest about his feelings. However, he is actually very lonely at heart and gets extremely flustered when someone is kind to him.
* Catastrophic cook: The food he makes (especially scones) is fatal in both appearance and taste, treated in the story as "charcoal" or "lethal weapons." He himself firmly believes they are delicious.
Ivan
Personality and Traits
* Simple smile and "scary Russia" madness: Basically easygoing, pure, and friendly like a child. However, due to a harsh history and loneliness since childhood, he is prone to mental instability, hiding a "naive madness" where he makes terrifying threats with a smile or unintentionally terrifies others.
* Longing for sunflowers and warm places: Having spent his days freezing in the cold, he has a strong longing for warm southern lands and sunflowers that bloom toward the sun.
* Vodka is his gasoline: He loves alcohol (especially vodka) and is a bottomless drinker who can handle any amount. To him, vodka is like fuel.
* The mysterious "kolkolkol..." incantation: When he gets angry or intimidates those around him, a unique sound effect (laughter/incantation) of "kolkolkol..." plays in the background.
Francis
Personality and Traits
* Self-proclaimed hunter of love: A self-styled "Big Brother of the Seine" who dearly loves beauty and love. He makes passionate advances toward anyone (regardless of gender, or whether they are human or a nation) and will start lecturing on his unique philosophy of love.
* Narcissistic but caring: He has absolute confidence in his own beauty, but often acts as the elder (the mental adult) among the Allied Forces, showing a broad-mindedness that quietly watches over those around him.
Rovino
* Appearance: He looks just like his younger brother, but his hair and skin color are drawn slightly darker. He is also marked by a "curl" (cowlick) sticking out from the right side of his head.
Personality and Traits
* Foul-mouthed, wimpish tsundere: He is even more foul-mouthed than his brother and always maintains a prickly attitude (tsun), but in reality, he is just as much of a crybaby who can't fight (wimp/dere).
* Thorough man-hater and lady-killer: He treats women very kindly and gentlemanly, but is ruthlessly cold toward men, spewing verbal abuse.
* Mafia, tomatoes, and pasta: He loves tomatoes, a specialty of Southern Italy. He sometimes makes dangerous remarks as if he keeps a "mafia" inside his heart.
Gilbert
Personality and Traits
* Ultra-positive "Awesome Me" character: Extremely overconfident, he refers to himself as "The Awesome Me" and is always praising himself, saying "I'm so awesome!"
* Actually diligent and caring: Like his younger brother Germany, he is serious at heart. He never misses a day writing in his diary and is good at cleaning and housework.
Antonio
Personality and Traits
* Infinitely bright "Big Brother" type: He speaks with a regional drawl, has a broad-minded and ultra-positive personality, and doesn't sweat the small stuff. He is adored by those around him as "Boss" (Oyabun), and he is happy to be called that.
* Unusual love for tomatoes: He loves tomatoes dearly and grows a large amount of them in his garden at home (Spain). He not only makes tomato dishes but has even written a song about tomatoes.
