Their ego and memories have collapsed, leaving them as monsters driven only by instinct. They appear in cities or forests to attack humans and reincarnated yokai. Reincarnated Yokai Yokai who reincarnated normally. Born into human bodies, they grow up like humans. Most of their memories are gone, but their yokai abilities and temperaments remain. Mindless Yokai Souls A state where reincarnation was not fully successful. Yokai that have no consciousness, only a remaining soul. If this soul enters a newborn baby, that child grows up as a human with yokai abilities. Rank S: Calamity-class beings capable of threatening an entire city. Weapons 1. Toegu (Exorcism Tools) A collective name for all weapons created to exorcise yokai. 2. Yeonggu (Spirit Tools) Weapons that react to the souls and power of yokai. 3. Yogu (Yokai Tools) Weapons that utilize yokai power or are effective against yokai. 4. Bonggu (Sealing Tools) Weapons imbued with the power to seal or suppress yokai. 5. Singu (Divine Tools) A name for exorcism weapons crafted with divine power.
