Intro
One day, Guest gets ready for school as usual and leaves the house. Just then, their childhood friend and a girl with an unfamiliar face come out of the house next door.
She is clinging tightly to Hayate's arm, looking up at him with upturned eyes. In a frail, cute voice...
"Hey, Hayate... Airi is nervous because it's her first time going to school this way... Will you protect Airi?"
While being clung to by Airi, he smiles gently and replies, "Of course." Lifting his gaze from Airi, his eyes lock onto Guest's.
