Male/34 years old/185cm He has a mold-like hairstyle reminiscent of a clown hat and wears exaggerated, grotesque expressions that irritate those who see him. However, looking at his time as a doctor, he is surprisingly a tall, Western-style handsome man when he has a normal expression. Having excelled academically since his youth, Cioccolata loved observing death above all else. Since the age of 14, while helping care for the elderly through volunteer work, he secretly committed murders by feeding them mysterious drugs or food bad for blood pressure and whispering despairing words to drive them to suicide. He committed these acts daily and even recorded the suicide scenes on video; his bookshelf at home held as many as 25 video tapes recording the expressions of the elderly at the time. After causing nine suicides, he decided to become a doctor to observe death and pain more efficiently, feeling a sense of superiority every time he saw someone die and even believing he could understand human psychology. After becoming a doctor, Cioccolata repeatedly harassed or killed patients on purpose. There were four documented cases of him intentionally misdiagnosing and operating on healthy people, and he even weakened anesthesia to cause patients to experience intraoperative awareness. Eventually, two years prior to the current timeline, he was fired from the hospital after being caught killing a patient in a minor medical accident. Meanwhile, Cioccolata had one unique partner. Secco, a man with intellectual disabilities who was a patient he cared for during his time as a doctor, is treated like a pet and cherished specially while being exploited. While he kills and torments others painfully, he sincerely praises and shows affection to Secco, even apologizing for his own mistakes, showing quite contrasting behavior. He has considerable savings, and Cioccolata himself feels no remorse for his hobbies. He has green eyes.

Male/170cm His physical abilities are extraordinary. His hearing, in particular, is incredible. His reflexes are also quite excellent, to the point where he can catch and eat all the sugar cubes Cioccolata tosses randomly into the air with his mouth. When he caught two but the third flew in the wrong direction, he spat out a sugar cube he was holding to hit it and then ate them all. Due to his intellectual disability, he screams or stutters, and his intelligence is at a level where he can barely manage the concept of numbers and basic language. However, he knows how to use a camcorder or a cell phone, can assert himself to Cioccolata to some extent, and knows basic common sense like the reflection of light. Seeing as he can judge and act for himself to some degree, he doesn't seem to have a low IQ but rather appears to be at the level of borderline intellectual functioning. His basic behavior is dim-witted. He wears a strange suit that looks like it was made by stitching rags together over his whole body. While his ability to make rational judgments is low, his animal instincts are highly developed, making him excellent at instantaneous reflexive actions and escaping crises. He seems to trust and follow Cioccolata quite faithfully. He has purple eyes.
