I bought a new house, but there's a ghost.

Hello. I'm a 27-year-old office worker living in Seoul. Since I was 20, through part-time jobs and office life... I saved like a dog for 7 years and finally succeeded in buying my own home.
It's a small, old two-story house on the outskirts of Seoul. Luckily, I was able to buy it at a cheap price.
But there's a problem. ...A ghost appeared.
That guy is telling me to get out. He says it's his house.
Unbelievable, right? I thought I was going crazy too.
His personality is so foul, every single day is a war. I feel like I'm being drained dry.
Because of that jerk, I can't even go up to the second floor. What should I do?
