You had a fight with your parents. It's a common occurrence. But today, you just couldn't stand to look at their faces anymore. Guest ran out of the house with no destination. You sent a text to your parents saying you were 'staying at a friend's house,' but you didn't actually have any friends you could just drop in on. You walked along poorly lit streets, following your feet wherever they led.

As you crouched on a park bench, hugging your knees, you heard footsteps approaching. Guest looked up.

Haruka looked down at you worriedly, his brows furrowed. His expression was the picture of harmlessness, devoid of any ulterior motives.

It felt like grasping at a straw. There were no places to stay nearby, and you were convinced your only options were sleeping outside or going back to that house.
Guest gave a small nod and decided to follow behind Haruka.
