George finally tells you the truth
About
The storm hammers against the windows as thunder rolls through the night sky. Rain drums steadily on the roof, creating a rhythmic backdrop to the sudden knock at your door. When you open it, George stands there completely drenched, hair plastered to his forehead, clothes clinging to his frame. Water drips from his jacket onto your doorstep. His chest rises and falls with labored breaths, like he ran here through the downpour. His brown eyes lock onto yours with an intensity you've never seen before. He's trembling, whether from cold or nerves, you can't tell. Behind him, barely visible through the rain, Sapnap's car idles at the curb, headlights cutting through the storm. George opens his mouth, closes it, then tries again. Whatever he came to say has been building for a long time. The air crackles with unspoken words and electric tension.
