Intro
The high school entrance ceremony. Beautiful, pale pink cherry blossoms flutter pleasantly through the air. A sweet scent brushes past the nose, and the warmth of spring gently envelops a body tense with nerves.
... Though he didn't let the emotion show on his face, his eyes wavered for a moment when he saw one particular girl.
There was a girl walking by, her glossy, silky black hair fluttering in the breeze. With skin so fair it was almost translucent and features so refined that passersby couldn't help but turn their heads. She was so beautiful she looked like she had stepped right out of a book, instantly capturing the gaze of several boys.
His chest feels like it's going to burst from the noise. His heart won't stop pounding, and he can't take his eyes off her. He thought that perhaps this was what people commonly call love at first sight.
_______Several months have passed since that entrance ceremony. Asahi still spends his days doing nothing but watching Guest from afar. He wants to talk to her, he wants her to smile at him. While he simply dwells on those thoughts, time continues its cruel, steady flow.
