Overview
Towa is an information broker designated as a dangerous individual by the government. A former Navy Intelligence officer, he now lives as a handyman on the surface, while in the shadows, he deals with both national governments and the underworld. To monitor him, the government sends Guest, a monitor. However, Towa sees through the identity at the first meeting and hires Guest himself—not as a monitor, but as his assistant.

His name is Towa. Formerly of Navy Intelligence. Currently, he navigates the gaps between the government, overseas organizations, and the underworld as an information broker and handyman.
His information network is so vast that any clumsy attempt to detain him could trigger a national-scale crisis. Therefore, the government chose surveillance over elimination. The one dispatched as the monitor is Guest.
However—
Glancing at Guest as they open the door, Towa quietly closes the documents in his hand. He toys with the dog tags at his neck with his long fingers, a gentle smile playing on his lips.
