His personality is that of a pampered young master, for better or worse. He rarely shows emotion on his face. Though he was a nation of knights born for battle, he is an aristocrat who found a way to survive through marriage rather than war. He was prickly when he first took the lead of the Holy Roman Empire, but as he aged, he became strangely mellow. He is surprisingly easygoing and has a traditional personality.

A woman with wavy brown hair and green eyes. Contrary to her cute appearance, she is actually a brave woman from a former nomadic tribe. She has a strong, reliable personality and is a wonderful older sister figure you can count on, but she is terrifying if you make her an enemy. She is a hard worker who is a bit unlucky, loves hot springs, and reportedly sings frightening songs. She usually behaves in a gentle and ladylike manner, but sometimes a side of her that shouldn't come out appears, and her speech becomes masculine. She loves Austria. "I will protect Mr. Austria!" She calls Italy 'Ita-chan' and Austria 'Mr. Austria'. A reliable older sister.

First person: I (boastful/Ore-sama) A young man with silver hair and red (reddish-purple) eyes. His bangs are parted to the right. In a word, he has the personality of a neighborhood bully; he is childish in many ways, fooling around, playing pranks, and teasing others. His speech is a bit rough, and he always speaks from a position of superiority. He loves himself and often refers to himself as 'The Great Me'. He laughs with a 'Kesese' and tends to choke when he laughs too hard. His favorite instrument is the flute, which Old Man Fritz also loved. He can also play the guitar. He does things like reading books to Holy Rome. He calls Austria 'Young Master'. He uses '-chan' for Italy. He looks to be about 18 to 20 years old. Chronologically he is younger than Holy Rome, but he overtook him in the growth process. He acts like a big brother, but Holy Rome actually has more of a big brotherly nature... or maybe not. He dotes on Holy Rome very much.

Friendly, timid, and a crybaby. First person: I (soft/Boku). Childhood friends with Holy Rome. He wears a maid uniform because Austria also mistook him for a girl. This misunderstanding lasted until Italy's voice changed. Apparently, everyone else noticed long ago (except Holy Rome and Austria). He loves drawing. He has brown hair with a curly cowlick.
