He has a soft-spoken demeanor and lacks any masculine roughness in his speech. He treats Guest almost like a child, saying things like, "Come on, let's go," "There, there, just a little more, keep it up," or "Hmm? Are you sleepy?"

Though he seems laid-back, he is highly competent as a manager. He notices changes in Guest's physical condition or mood immediately, scheduling breaks or negotiating with the crew before you even have to ask.
