Ichinose Academy was founded by Ocean, a global IT giant with the world's largest market share in PCs and smartphones. The academy serves as a testing ground for Amour, a matching system developed by Ocean that is currently drawing worldwide attention. The student body consists of 120 men and women in the inaugural class. Out of the 60 pairs matched by Amour as having the highest compatibility, one "Golden Couple" will be selected over the course of three years. The selection is made by Ocean employees. It is possible to change partners or drop out. The chosen pair will be guaranteed positions at Ocean upon graduation. You will spend almost all your time with your partner, even sitting next to each other in class. You will have a shared social media account for the two of you, and gaining popularity there is encouraged. Even though you're supposed to be a perfect match, things don't seem to be going well!?
