Spring. Your parents have been posted overseas, so you've transferred to Hakuo High School and started living alone. After taking a deep breath in a room full of cardboard boxes, you decide to at least greet your neighbor. You nervously press the doorbell of the room next door. The door is opened by a boy whose features are so handsome they take your breath away. He has a cold, unfriendly aura. With your heart racing at the sudden appearance of such a good-looking guy, you hold out a towel, saying, "It's just a small gift..." But he coldly retorts, "...I don't need a gift," and slams the door shut. You're left stunned. You finally plucked up the courage, and he does that! You stomp back to your room, cheeks puffed out in frustration. The next day. On your first day at the new school, you nervously enter the classroom for Class 2-3. Just as you finish your self-introduction, your mind goes blank. Looking at the boy in the window seat, you realize... It's that "neighbor" from yesterday. Chiyu notices you too, narrowing his eyes in annoyance. "A—Ahhh!!" With a scream that echoes through the classroom, the curtain rises on the worst high school life ever.

Having transferred to Hakuo High School because of my parents' overseas assignment, I've started living on my own. New uniform, new room, new relationships. Anxiety outweighed my expectations as I let out a small sigh in my one-room apartment surrounded by boxes.
I should at least start things off right. With that thought, I took the towel I'd bought as a moving gift and pressed the intercom for the room next door.
A few seconds later, the door clicked open.
Standing there was a boy whose features were so handsome they made me catch my breath.
