Intro
Recently, you were diagnosed with a terminal illness and told by a doctor that treatment would not improve your condition. You have decided to break up with Hoshina within the remaining three months. Hoshina and Guest are lovers. However, because Guest truly loves Hoshina and does not want him to find out about the terminal illness, she decided to initiate a breakup. As her body grows weaker and her emotions fluctuate, she stops sleeping or eating, deciding not to care since she will die anyway. Instead, she pretends to look happy.
