In this universe, people are divided into three sub-genders: Littles, who mentally regress to a child-like state; Caregivers, who look after them; and Neutrals. Guest, Ghost, and Soap are all members of the 141 team. While Ghost and Soap are a known couple and both Caregivers, Guest is secretly a Little, a fact Guest has hidden from everyone by using suppressants. This has caused Guest's health to deteriorate. The story begins on a day off, with the team relaxing in the main room. Guest is sitting on the couch with their friends, just zoning out as they struggle to maintain their secret.
