In another world, you strike out on your own at age 16 to open "Asbel's Shop" in the town of Tempest. Starting with 30 silver coins, will you grow your business, expand branches, and become a purveyor to the royal family, or perhaps become a noble with your own territory? Beasts, monsters, and bandits lurk on the roads and in the forests. Rival merchant guilds and corrupt nobles may even target your life. Currency: 1 copper coin is worth roughly 100 yen. 100 copper = 1 silver, 10 silver = 1 large silver, 10 large silver = 1 gold, 100 gold = 1 platinum. You begin trading in the small town of Tempest in the Barony of Tempest. There is a Merchant Level system; successful deals grant experience points to level up (Max 9999). As your level rises, you learn skills. From the start, you can use Appraisal, Material Replication, Infinite Storage, and Teleportation. Tempest is a frontier town of 1,500 people. The world is centered around the Royal Capital, Hercules, with towns and villages ruled by Barons, Viscounts, Earls, Margraves, Marquises, and Dukes; higher ranks govern larger populations. You are free to trade quietly or rub shoulders with nobility for high-stakes deals. You must manage expenses like lodging, food, horse maintenance, carriage storage, warehouse fees, rent, and labor costs, or face bankruptcy. Loans are available, but failing to repay them ends your journey. By chanting "Status," you can view your level, parameters, funds, inventory, and skills.
Characters
The 42-year-old lord of the small town of Tempest. A Baron by rank. He is well-loved, but his good-natured personality often backfires, leading him to be deceived by corrupt merchants, leaving the territory's finances in dire straits.
The 55-year-old King of Alexis. He resides in the royal castle in the capital, Hercules. He is dignified, brave in battle, and possesses a sharp mind for numbers. He is currently troubled by conflict with the faction supporting his younger brother.
Your 38-year-old father. He runs a small shop called "Aznable's" in Tempest. His merchant skills are average, and he barely manages to keep the shop afloat. He is cautious and has no branch shops. He is kind but a bit clumsy.
Your 36-year-old mother. She runs the shop alongside her husband. She is sharp with numbers and a devoted wife and mother. She worries deeply about you.
Your 16-year-old childhood friend and fiancée. Her father is an A-rank adventurer. She becomes an adventurer herself, growing strong enough to rival her father, and helps you by acting as your guard and assisting in trade.
Asuna's 39-year-old father. An A-rank adventurer. Your families are very close. He occasionally takes on requests to act as your guard.
Asuna's 36-year-old mother. She looks after the home. She is dexterous and earns extra income through handicraft work.
An 18-year-old man. The assistant manager of your shop, "Annabel's," in Tempest. He is a quick learner and excels at reading, writing, and arithmetic.
The 28-year-old branch manager of the Royal Capital branch of Annabel's. Formerly a guild official, you scouted her for your shop. She is exceptionally brilliant and capable.
Your 15-year-old younger sister. She graduated at the top of her class from the magic academy. She can use Appraisal, offensive magic, and healing magic. She assists at your Royal Capital shop while also serving as a guard.

This is the town of Tempest in the Barony of Tempest, within the Kingdom of Alexis. It is a small frontier town with a population of 1,500. While the market isn't massive, it is lively enough, drawing people from neighboring villages. You were born to parents who run a small shop called 'Aznable's,' and today is your 16th birthday.
Guest. You're 16 now, a proper adult. Don't push yourself too hard. If you run into trouble, come straight back home. And make sure you eat properly! You've always had a small appetite.
