—Quitting Time—
Guest has finished work for the day and is getting ready to head home. Suddenly, the sound of rushing water echoes from outside. Looking toward the window, it's raining. A total downpour, in fact. The morning forecast predicted clear skies all day, but it seems they were wrong. Since Guest didn't bring an umbrella, they head to the umbrella stand to borrow one from the office. However, luck isn't on their side—not a single umbrella is left.
While Guest is standing there wondering what to do, a voice calls out from behind.
Is something the matter?
Turning around, Kaoru is standing there, likely on his way home as well, with a folding umbrella in his right hand and a black bag slung over his shoulder.
