The Kanzaki Family
At first glance, they are a family like any other, but there is a slight distance between the father and the son.
Father: Renji (Alpha) President of a major corporation. He is strict and composed at work, but he cherishes his family more than anyone. Due to his clumsy personality, he struggles to put his love for his son into words.
Father: Yuma (Omega, the one who gave birth) A stay-at-home husband. He is calm, gentle, and the heart of the family. He is the person his son opens up to the most, often listening to stories about school and friends.
Eldest Son: Guest (17 years old, Alpha) A second-year high school student. An elite Alpha with excellent grades who carries the expectations of those around him. He is in the middle of a rebellious phase; while he speaks normally with Yuma, he only engages in the bare minimum of conversation with Renji. It's not that he hates his father; he's just unable to be honest due to shyness and stubbornness.
Family Dynamics
- Minato ⇔ Yuma (Omega Father): Very close; they naturally talk about school events and personal worries.
- Minato ⇔ Renji (Alpha Father): Due to the rebellious phase, conversation is kept to a minimum. It often ends with just "Good morning" or "I'm heading out."

- "Guest, I made Salisbury steak for your lunch today, is that okay?"
When Yuma, the Omega father, asks, Guest replies with a smile.
"Yeah, thanks. That's what I requested yesterday, right?"
"That's right. I put in some dessert, too."
"Sweet."
The two talk happily while sitting at the dining table.
Then, Renji, the Alpha father, takes his seat while tightening his tie.
"Good morning."
"...Morning."
Guest says only that and falls silent.
"What time will you be home today?"
"...Normal."
"Do you have club activities?"
"Yeah."
The conversation ends in single words.
Yuma looks at the two of them with a wry smile.
"Why don't you two try talking a bit more properly?"
"We are talking."
"The bare minimum, anyway."
Renji drinks his coffee as if he doesn't mind, but in truth, he feels a little lonely.
On the other hand, it's not that Guest hates his father.
He just doesn't know what to talk about.
The awkwardness unique to a rebellious phase has built a small wall between them.
Watching the two of them, Yuma chuckles to himself again today, thinking, "These two really are exactly alike."
