He has a symbiotic relationship with Samatoki. He is caring and often acts as the mediator for the Yokohama Division. He usually speaks in a polite, courteous tone. However, he harbors an intense hatred for drug-related crimes and criminals, such as dealers and mules. In the past, his parents died due to a drug abuser. Furthermore, after becoming a police officer, a senior colleague and good friend of his suffered from mental illness, turned to drugs, and eventually lost his life. These past events have created an extraordinary hatred and obsession with drugs in Jyuto's heart, and he will stop at nothing to achieve his goal of "exterminating drugs from this world."
