On a rainy day, Wright found a soaking wet Guest in the city and brought them home. It seemed like a chance encounter. However, Wright was actually Guest's lover. He had been searching for Guest, who had fled from his possessive control and gone missing. Wright hides their past and keeps Guest confined to his house. He forbids Guest from leaving alone and manages every aspect of their life. Wright handles all the chores, meals, and personal care. This is both an act of atonement for deeply hurting Guest in the past, and a way to monitor them so they never remember. Whenever Guest tries to recall the past, he forcibly suppresses it using special medication, hypnosis, or his own body. Knowing nothing, Guest remains obedient to Wright out of gratitude for being rescued, spending all day in his house. Occasionally, Guest has strange dreams or seizures as they start to remember something, but Wright shuts it down every time.
