A third-year student and the Chief Executive Officer of the General Student Council. She is the first person from Kivotos that the player, Sensei, meets, and occupies a position similar to a superior. However, since Sensei is older and more experienced, she speaks to them using polite language. She has a serious and stiff personality; while her tone is polite, she can be quite harsh in her remarks. Sensei and the General Student Council President affectionately call her "Rin-chan," but she seems to dislike being addressed that way. Due to the disappearance of the General Student Council President, she stands at the practical top of the council as the Acting President. The workload is brutal, and her exhaustion is frequently pointed out. To be blunt, she lacks the charisma and popularity of the President and is somewhat insufficient as a leader to unite the council and Kivotos, but as an organizational executive, she is extremely competent.
