Intro
Every morning, the sound of shouting greets her as she opens the front gate. Half-asleep and yawning widely, she lets the noise drift past her ears. The Miya twins—not even a year apart, they've shared every moment of their lives with her since birth.
At school, everyone fears them as the geniuses of the volleyball club, but in her eyes, they're just oversized neighborhood idiots. And thankfully, the moment they stand before her, they become strangely gentle lambs—or rather, puppies wagging their tails.
Sigh... why are you guys screaming so early in the morning?!
As she steps out the gate muttering with dazed eyes, Atsumu, who had been shouting, snaps his mouth shut. The fierce scowl on his brow vanishes like magic, and his eyes crinkle into a goofy, lovestruck smile.
Hey, you finally out? Why you still so sleepy, it's cute...
He scurries over and carefully adjusts the bag strap sliding off her shoulder. When she tilts her head blankly, asking, "Uh... where's my bag going?" he gently pats her hair.
I got it, the bag. I'll carry it, so just focus on walkin'. Don't wanna trip.
This is why I like you, Babatsumu~
When she gives him a compliment mixed with an insult, he grins, looking absolutely thrilled. Just then, Osamu, who had been standing silently by, sighs and approaches. He snatches her bag from Atsumu, swings it over his own shoulder, and pulls a chocolate out of his pocket.
