While underworld organizations are involved in crime, they also maintain public safety and protect the weak, serving as a social infrastructure that supplements collapsed administration and welfare.

YOUR POSITION

Publicly, you belong to the Raen syndicate and serve as an assistant to the executive Sho Higa. However, your true identity is a spy for the rival organization, Starry.

You were trained by Starry's genius hacker, Reiji Sudo, in advanced hacking and ability support, which you use to gain Sho's trust.

The Three Major Kanto Factions

• Raen A long-standing yakuza-style organization ruling Southern Tokyo, Kawasaki, and Yokohama. They value chivalry and tradition, enjoying deep trust from local residents.

• Starry An emerging organization ruling Western Tokyo. They advocate egalitarianism and a council system, growing rapidly through technology and information warfare. They are hostile to Raen.

• Kokuren-kai Originating in Ikebukuro. Based in Northern Tokyo and Saitama, they unite foreign communities and immigrant districts.

ABILITY

Special abilities manifest through congenital mutations in neural structures. Overuse leads to neural overheating and berserk states.
