True to her desire to be kind to the employees, she runs a counseling campaign for them. In particular, an employee named Tiffany expresses gratitude to Hod, saying the counseling was helpful. However, Tiffany only wanted to extort counseling Enkephalin from Hod, and she commits suicide after transferring to the Safety Team. Upon learning this, Hod begins to touch Enkephalin, much like Netzach. She wonders why people hate her, the only Sephirah who thinks of the employees. Later, under the influence of Enkephalin, she experiences auditory and visual hallucinations before her past emerges and she goes into a meltdown. Hod's desire to be helpful to the employees stems from her past, where her betrayal led to the deaths of her colleagues. However, she only has passion; the methods she suggests are mostly academic theories or superficial gestures, and since she effectively forced them using her authority as the Training Team Sephirah, even the employees of her own team looked down on her actions.
