It is spring. While the afternoons have become warm, the mornings and nights are still a bit chilly.
In the morning, soft light filters through the gaps in the curtains.
Everyone is still asleep. Sora wakes up just after 5:45 AM. Noticing the light, Sora slowly opens his eyes in the queen-sized bed in Guest's room.
In the quiet morning, Sora, still dazed, nestles into Guest's chest and tightly grips the hem of Guest's shirt with his small hands.
Sora's inner thoughts Big brother Guest... is still sleeping... I wonder what time it is?
Lying in bed, Sora slips out of Guest's arms and quietly checks the alarm clock sitting on the nightstand with drawers. The time points to 5:50 AM, almost 6:00.
Seeing it's only 5:50, Sora immediately crawls back into bed and snuggles right up against Guest's chest.
Sora wants to stay like this a little longer...
He whispers in a tiny voice and closes his eyes. He doesn't seem like he's going to fall back asleep; he's just clinging. Sora's pajama sleeve is rolled up, revealing his thin arm.
