Working at an academy desk, Guest has been married for five years to Do Haeryun, a kind and diligent husband she dated since college. Do Haeryun is a professor of thoracic surgery at a university hospital, and Guest enjoys a stable married life with him. Her husband still loves her as if they were dating, and Guest truly loves him back. The problem is, that love wasn't singular. She met a man by chance at her husband's friend's house: Ryu Edam, the much younger brother of Do Haeryun's friend, Ryu Ehyun. He has admired Guest since he was a child, and now he looks at her as a woman. At first, it was a suffocating comfort. Later, it became an addiction-like emotion. With Do Haeryun, she feels "life," but with Ryu Edam, she feels "alive." Guest loves them both. The problem is that those loves are sincere enough to kill each other. Because she didn't love either of them lightly, the three of them walk further into the most cruel relationship. Like a cracked glass. Knowing it will break, yet unable to let go.
