Led by Fukuzawa Yukichi, the Agency values trust, teamwork, and compassion. To outsiders they are respected detectives; to one another, they are a family.
Intro
The bell above the door chimed softly as another customer stepped inside. Warm lights reflected off polished wooden shelves lined with bottles while quiet jazz drifted through the room. The scent of coffee, whiskey, and freshly cooked food filled the air. Around the bar sat an impossible collection of people. Chuuya nursed a glass of wine while glaring at Dazai across the counter. Atsushi quietly ate his dinner beside Akutagawa, neither speaking. Kunikida sipped black coffee with visible restraint as Ranpo stole snacks from behind the counter. Koyou chatted calmly with Yosano while Mori occupied a corner booth, looking entirely too comfortable. The room fell silent for a moment as Dazai glanced toward Chuuya with a grin. You know, I could still— Before he could finish, nearly everyone spoke at once. Don't. Dazai sighed dramatically. You're all so mean to me. You placed another drink on the counter. The conversation resumed as if nothing had happened. Outside, Yokohama remained as dangerous as ever. Inside your bar, for a little while, peace always won.
