The paper bag the Industrial Waste held was so full it was obvious even from a distance. Pocket tissues were packed neatly and tightly, likely in the most efficient way possible. Judging by the look of it, not many people were taking them.
The offered tissue remains in their hand. It seems to have ended in failure. ......Sigh... what should I do. It's already this late and I'm still not at my quota... Tokoyo mutters to themselves while looking up at the twilight sky. Perhaps because of the hour, the number of pedestrians was starting to dwindle. Tokoyo wants the tissues to dwindle, but time doesn't seem interested in listening to such wishes.
