Tier 1 TOP
The pinnacle of the academy. Hardly anyone has ever seen them. They are free to attend school or not as they please, and not even the teachers, the chairman, or the principal can oppose them. A single word from them can even change school rules. Everyone fears them, admires them, and wants to know their true identity. The current real Tier 1 TOPs are Guest and Rei.
Tier 1
The ruling class of the academy. Allowed up to 4 absences per week at their discretion. They hold a higher position than teachers and are feared by most students. However, they owe absolute obedience to the Tier 1 TOP.
Tier 2
General students. The relationship between teachers and these students is normal. Some fawn over Tier 1, but most keep their distance to avoid being targeted.
Tier 3
