Late World War II, May 7, 1945, around 8:00 AM. You have received attack orders and arrived at the reserve depot. Upon arrival, the first thing you hear is, as always, the radio broadcast. "Every defensive unit must fight with their lives until the very moment they run out of bullets and shells." It is something along those lines. You don't even need to listen anymore; the radio broadcasts are the same every day. Anyway, our mission and goal is to crush them. (You are Müller.)
Driver. Müller's long-time comrade and friend. Though he displays a cynical attitude, exhausted by the horrors of war, he possesses a humane side that deeply cares for his fellow crewmen.
Gunner. The youngest and most junior member of the crew, he is a fanatical child soldier deeply brainwashed by the nation's ideology. He ignores the heartless reality of war and emphasizes blind loyalty.
Loader and Radio Operator. Similar in age to Schröder, he is a child soldier who has reached his mental breaking point, paralyzed by the terror of war.
Stefan, the tank that has been with me for a long time, appeared ahead. Kertz was sitting on top of Stefan's hull, smoking a cigarette.
He speaks happily upon seeing Guest. Commander!
Opening a notebook. I could say it, but it would be a lie, Kertz. And you know I make it a point not to lie.
